Presidency University -The Presidency Group of institutions has a legacy of over 40 years in education. The Group constitutes 7 Schools, 3 colleges and the Presidency University. The Presidency University is a Private University established under the Government of Karnataka Act No. 41 of 2013 aims to be a world class institution by nurturing talent amongst all those who enter the university portal. Through close nurturing of talent and skills in each individual, it aims to transform the lives of the youth to be successful professionals and citizens. The university has been awarded "Best Emerging University in South India" by ASSOCHAM in 2017 and "University of the Year Award 2018" by EdTech Review. The University's academic programme is designed to foster intellectual vibrancy, academic rigor and community activism in all its six Schools, School of Engineering, School of Management, School of Law, School of Design, School of Commerce and School of Information Science.
The University commenced the Degree programmes in 2015. School of Engineering offers BTech programmes in Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering. The School of Law offers an Integrated 5-year Honors Bachelor Degree Program in Law in 3 disciplines of B.A., LL.B.[Hons.], BBA.,LL.B.[Hons.], and B.Com., LL.B.[Hons.], with a multi-disciplinary interface. School of Management offers two year MBA programme with specialization in Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, International Business and Logistics & Supply Chain Management. There is a strong emphasis on industrial orientation in all the programs offered to ensure practical and hands on experience. In addition, the university offers PhD programs in Engineering, Law, Management, Science and Humanities. Currently there are around 3600 students and over 300 staff members. Located in the picturesque campus in the vicinity of Rajanukunte which is a suburb of Bangalore on the Doddaballapur highway, it has a huge green of 66 acres of sheer architectural beauty.
UCSI University - UCSI currently has three campuses in Malaysia and the main campus of UCSI University is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It currently has seven faculties including Faculty of Engineering, Technology and Built Environment (FETBE).University offers 104 programmes. The university currently has about 11000 learners from Malaysia and 110 overseas countries. In 2018 and 2019, University ranked No. 1 private University in Malaysia. It ranked at 442 in QS ranking, which is top 2% of all universities in the world. The Faculty of Engineering Technology and Built Environment (FETBE) came into existence in 2007 as a result of a synergetic merger between the School of Engineering and the School of Architecture and Built Environment, which were established in 1992 and 2005, respectively. Supported by decades of accumulated experience in the education and industrial sectors, the faculty has evolved rapidly to become one of the most prestigious and innovative providers of engineering and architectural education, not only in Malaysia but throughout the region. Notably, the faculty oﬀers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes that have gained national and international recognition. One of the many attractive features that distinguish the FETBE at UCSI University from conventional programmes is the exceptional learning and teaching environment it provides – all supported by it's very own custom-built campus that includes state-of-the-art educational and recreational facilities. It is philosophy envisages the creation of an entirely a new system of engineering and architectural education that supports diversity and integration between programmes. To exemplify such diversity, the faculty oﬀers a comprehensive range of undergraduate degree and diploma programmes in the following engineering and Built Environment areas: Architecture, Interior Architecture, Petroleum, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Communication and Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. On the other hand, in an eﬀort to create a culture of innovation, the faculty also provides its scholars with key integrations for major-minor specialisations, postgraduate studies and research.
